1 Pillsbury Pie crust
3 lg eggs
1 cup low-fat yogurt
1/2 cup water
1/2 med onion- diced
3 slices turkey bacon
3 cooked breakfast sausages
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 cup frozen spinach
1/4 cup chopped red pepper
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 TBL flour
1 tsp salt
Course Black pepper to taste

Preheat Oven to 450Cook turkey bacon in skillet then remove. Saute diced onion in bacon grease till onions are soft. let cool.In a large bowl (about a 10 cup bowl) scramble 3 eggs.Mix in salt, yogurt and water.Add spinach and peppers to egg mix.Chop cooked bacon and add to mix.Slice cooked sausage and add to mix. Add cooled sauteed onions. mix wellIn a small bowl add flour to cheese and mix thoroughly, then add to egg mix , add black pepper and mix well.Pour into prepared pie crust.Cook at 450 for 15 minutes.
