How Do I Make Dirty Rice and Egg?

Here is how you make Dirty Rice and Egg:

Lightly coat the bottom on a frying pan with olive oil. Add in the rice, carrot, zucchini, and summer squash. Cook lightly until zucchini and summer squash begin to turn transparent. Add in the arugula saut? a few more minutes, then add in Braggs Amino Acids. Once all ingredients so far are adequately mixed together, push rice mixture to the sides of the pan to make room for the egg. Crack the egg into the middle of the pan and cook to liking.
