Here is how you make Avacado Salsa Omelet:

to prepare, heat pan over medium heat. oil pan with 1/2 tsp olive or canola oil if needed to keep eggs from sticking. Separate egg whites or measure out the egg white substitute and pour into small bowl. Whisk the eggs for about 30 seconds. Once pan is warm, pour into pan and start cooking eggs. Eggs can either be scrambled or used as an omelet. Once eggs are almost done cooking, add salsa. For omelet, add salsa to half of the eggs and fold over. For scrambled eggs, continue cooking until eggs are fully cooked. When done cooking, remove eggs from pan and place on plate. Sprinkle with cheese and place avacados on top.
