Here is how you make Low Sugar Loquat Sauce:

Prepare Nine canning jars, lids, and rings.Have them clean and ready in water (room temperature)before starting to prepare fruit.Blanch 1/3 of fruit . Place coolled fruit in large bowl with water and fruit fresh. Peel skin off loquats and remove seeds.Remove white membrane inside fruit also.Place prepared fruit in a large bowl with the juice of two oranges. Repeat directions: Blanch and prepare two more batches of fruit.Start to heat jars, lids, and rings. Bring to boil and keep simmering until sauce is ready for canning.Put Prepared fruit and orange juice into food processor and blend.In large pot, Stir blended fruit, orange juice, and sugar.Heat and simmer stirring frequently for one hour or the the consistency that you like. It should look something like thick orange applesauce.Process sauce in jars. Using Hot Water bath method for 20 minutes. Remove from hot water and let cool undesturbed overnight.Serving Size:?Makes 8 8 oz jars plus a little extra. (One oz per serving)
