Here is how you make Super Food Scramble:

Makes one generous breakfast serving. Heat non-stick pan over medium heat. Dice bell peppers and saute for 2 minutes, just until starting to soften. Add frozen broccoli and cover, toss with peppers to thaw quickly, about 2 minutes or so. Add fresh spinach and cover, tossing frequently to wilt spinach. Once spinach has reduced, pour in the Egg Beaters and cook until they are to your preference. Sprinkle cheese on top, cover and turn off the heat.
