Here is how you make Vege Scramble:

Place butter, onion, garlic and basil in a small saute pan over med heat. Whisk eggs in a small bowl. When onions begin caramelizing pour eggs into pan along with carrots, spinach and tomatoes. cook as you would regular scramble eggs, softly turning to cook fully. When just about done sprinkle cheese on and softly turn a few more times till done cooking eggs. Place on a plate and enjoy.
