Just put everything in and blend until it is as smooth as you want it to be.If you want to make the texture more like sorbet, process the mixture, then put it in the freezer (still in the food processor). After about 45 minutes, scrape down the sides and bottom, process it again for about 1 minute (I did it on high). Put the mixture back in the freezer for about 45 minutes. I covered it with saran wrap and put toothpicks in each one (although the toothpicks came out pretty easily when I was trying to get them out).
