(I use a Smoothie-blend containing raspberries, blueberries, apple, and mango.)Add a handful frozen blueberries. (Sometimes I throw strawberries into the mix as well.) Cut the banana into slices and add as well.Pour fruit juice over the fruits - just enough to cover them. (I use a Multifruit juice containing apple, Orange, and carrot - but you can use any juice you like - unsweetened of course!!)Add 3 tbsp Organic Flax Seed OilPUT LID ON BLENDER and turn blender on.
