2 scoops GNC Total Lean Vanilla Powder **
1/2 c Fat Free Cottage Cheese
4oz Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Milk
Agave Syrup to taste
Pumpkin Pie Spice to taste
Cinnamon to taste

** I didn't have anything else, it would also be fine with any powder of your choice. Maybe something lower in carbs/sugar.

I like to layer mine, Almond Milk, Pumpkin Puree, Protein Powder, Cottage Cheese and Spices. Blend til smooth. But you can do whatever order you would like.
