Here is how you make Spinach Fritata:

Spray medium sauce pan with no cal cooking spray, sautee onions and garlic 2 -3 minutes until onion starts to soften. Add spinach and sautee until spinach is soft. Drain water from spinach, onions & garlic. While cooking spinach mixture mix eggs, milk, salt & pepper in a bowl and use a whisk to mix. In another frying pan sprayed with no cal cooking spray over medium low heat add drained spinach mixture and then add egg mixture on top. Cover and cook 8 minutes or until almost set.
