How Do I Make Tomato Choka?

Here is how you make Tomato Choka:

Preheat Oven at 425 C. Take the 4 cloves of garlic peel them and cut them to make 7 pieces. make a hole at the top of each tomato and shove a piece of garlic in each. Place it in the oven for 20 minutes. Take them out and pulverize everything. Add salt and black pepper to taste. Add a dash of olive oil if you must.Makes one serving for me however it can be considered two servings.
