HEAT oven to 325?F.Beat whole eggs and 1/4 cup of water for 2 minutes. Add the egg whites and continue to beat for another minute or two in large bowl until well blended; add and stir in all other ingredients to the egg mixture except the grated cheddar cheese and tomato. POUR into 12 nonstick muffin cups.
