1 Vine Ripe Tomato
1/4 Cup Feta Cheese


How Do I Make Turkey Bacon Egg Muffins?

Here is how you make Turkey Bacon Egg Muffins:

1. Preheat Oven to 325F. Spray 12 cup Muffin Tin with Cooking (rather Heavily so they don't stick). 2. Cut Bacon up into Small Pieces and cook over medium heat until Crispy (as crispy as turkey bacon ever actually gets anyway). Remove To a Medium Bowl, and add Spinach to the hot pan, turning until Wilted, but not Soggy. Add spinach to the bowl with the Bacon, and dice Tomato, adding to bowl. Add the feta and stir to combine. Set Aside. 3. Mix Eggs and Eggs White with Milk in a Bowl. 4. Evenly divide egg mixture into the 12 cups, and add a heaping spoonful of the Bacon Mixture. 5. Carefully Transfer Pan to the Oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until brown.6. Remove pan to a rack and allow to cool for 5 minutes. Loosen Muffins with a knife and turn onto the rack to cool completely. Store in the Refrigerator for up to a week, or wrap individually in plastic and freeze. Cover with Paper towel and Reheat in the Microwave.You can pretty much use any ingredients you want in this recipe. Make you own Muffins using whatever ingredients you have in the cupboard.
