1 1/2 TBSP oil
1 cup 1% or skim milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract


How Do I Make Kit's Healthy Waffles?

Here is how you make Kit's Healthy Waffles:

Preheat waffle iron.In a large bowl, sift white flour, whole wheat flour, baking powder salt and sugar together. Add oat bran and stir to combine well.In a smaller bowl, combine egg, oil, milk and vanilla and whisk to mix well. Add liquid to dry ingredients and stir well to combine, but do not overstir. Spray hot waffle iron very lightly with cooking spray. Scoop mix with a ladle onto waffle iron and cook until lightly browned and crisped.
