Here is how you make ORANGE YOGURT:

Place yogurt in a sieve lined with cheesecloth or coffee filters. Set sieve over a bowl to hold liquid. Allow to drain over night in refrigerator. Pour strained yogurt into a bowl and add: dried berries orange zest, chopped pecans, honey and vanilla. Squeeze both oranges and add juice to mixture.
