Spoon mixture into core of apple, spreading some over peeled area. Set aside any extra to add during or after cooking.Make 2 or 3 holes in the peel side of apple. Cook in 350 oven for 30-40 minutes. Test doneness with a toothpick so the apple doesn't overcook and 'wilt.'
