Preheat oven to 350?. Grease a casserole dish or any round pan. In a large bowl, microwave the spinach and kale with the butter for 2 minutes. Remove the bowl from the microwave and push the greens and butter mixture to the side of the bowl. On the other side of the bowl, beat the eggs. Mix the beaten eggs into the greens and mix in all the other ingredients. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and bake for 45-55 minutes.
