Here is how you make Healthier Twice Baked Potatoes:

Wash and scrub potatoes under warm running water, scrubbing with a vegetable brush. Bake at 375oF for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until tender. Cool. Cut a thin slice off the top of each potato and discard. Scoop out the pulp, leaving the shell in tact. In a bowl mash the potatoes and then stir in milk, butter substitute, turkey bacon, 3 ounces of cheese, yogurt, chives, sea salt, pepper; Mix. Spoon into the potato shell. Place on an un-greased baking sheet. Bake at 3750F, for 20-25 minutes, or until heated throughout potato. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake just until melted approxiamately 1 minute.
