Directions:Preheat oven to 350F.Mash banana well in a medium mixing bowl. Chop up figs and apple well and add to mashed bananas. Mix in chopped walnuts, eggs and vanilla. In a separate bowl mix all dry ingredients and then add to mashed banana mixture.Spoon 1/3 cup of batter into each Pam sprayed muffin tin. This recipe makes 15 1/3 cup muffins.
