Here is how you make Microwave Breakfast Burrito:

In a small, microwavable tupperware container place crumbled sausage & tofu, and separated egg white. Place 1/3 of cheese slice on top. Microwave for 1 minute. Stir mixture well with fork to "scramble" eggs. Microwave for approx. 30 seconds longer (or as long as it takes for egg whites to cook fully, and moisture from tofu to be absorbed).Tear remaining cheese into small pieces & place on flat flour tortilla. Microwave tortilla topped with cheese for 15-20 seconds to melt cheese.Place egg & sausage crumble mixture on top of tortilla.
