Here is how you make Apple Cinnamon Loaf / Cake:

1. Add contents of the second (dry) ingredients bowl to the first (apple mix) bowl. Stir to incorporate.2. Spray a bundt pan OR two loaf pans with non-stick spray, and dust lightly with flour. Either pour the batter into the one bundt pan, or divide it equally between the two loaf pans.3. Bake in a pre-heated 350F oven for 50 - 60 minutes, testing for doneness after 50 minutes.4.
