Here is how you make Anabolic French Toast- High Protein /High Fiber:

Add first 8 ingredients into a shallow dish or bowl. Stir until ingredients are well incorporated (about 2 minutes by hand). Dip bread into egg mixture, making sure both sides are saturated.Warm a lightly oiled frying pan ( I like avocado oil) over medium high heat. Once pan is hot (but not so hot is it smoking, that means it is too hot), place 2 to 3 slices of egg dipped bread into your pan. Cook each side for approx 3-4 minutes.
