Preheat oven to 400 degrees Chop and sautee all veggies and turkey sausage in pan til soft. In separate bowl mix eggs, egg whites and 1/3 cup cheese. Add egg mixture to pan. Continue to cook on med low heat until edges stiffen. Place in oven cook for 7 mins, remove sprinkle rest of cheese on top and bake for another 5 mins.
