* 1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds
* 1/2 cup chopped pecans
* 1/2 cup sliced almonds
* 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
* 1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
* 1/4 Cup Unsalted Butter
* 1/3 Cup Maple Syrup (natural)
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1/2 cup water



How Do I Make Maple Granola?

Here is how you make Maple Granola:

1. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). 2. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, wheat germ, flax seed meal, sunflower seeds, pecans, almonds, cinnamon and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk together the butter, syrup, vanilla and water. Pour the wet ingredients over the dry, and mix until evenly blended. Spread in a greased or parchment lined 9x13 or 11x7 inch baking pan. 3. Bake for 1 hour in the preheated oven, stirring every 20 minutes, or until toasted.
