Add the OJ. Blend until smooth (if you don't do that you could have powder chunks in the smoothie). Then add cauliflower and 1/2 cup of water. Blend until smooth. Add frozen fruit and blend. Add the other half cup of water as necessary and blend until smooth. Then add half a tablespoon of honey, as wanted for sweetness. You may have to stir once or twice too, depending on how strong the blender is.
