Here is how you make Low Fat Tropical Muffins:

Combine all dry ingredients together. In a separate bowl combine banana, splenda, rum extract and mix well. Add applesauce and mix well. Slowly add the dry ingredients. Grease or line a muffin pan and fill. Should make 9 nice size muffins. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 min or until a toothpick comes out clean. Top with a couple shakes of powdered sugar.
