How Do I Make Oat Scones?

Here is how you make Oat Scones:

Preheat oven to 400 F. In bowl combine flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt. Cut in the butter until crumbly. Add Oats and Craisins and mix well. Stir in milk and mix until moist. Turn dough onto floured surface and knead gently 8-10 times. On a baking stone or pan, press into a square that is 1/2 inch thick. Sprinkle Raw sugar on top. Cut square diagonally to form 16 triangles and separate slightly.
