1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 fat free milk
1 mashed banan
1 egg

1 tblsp brown sugar


How Do I Make Baked Oatmeal?

Here is how you make Baked Oatmeal:

Grease an 8x8 pan well so food doesn't stick. Combine dry ingredients in one bowl. Combine wet ingredients with mashed banana in another bowl. After mixing wet, add dry ingredients. Stir well. Slice one banana (or any fruit) and line the bottom of pan. Pour ingredients over. Slice another banana and place on top of ingredients.Bake at 375 for approx. 26 minutes.When done, change oven to broil. Sprinkle 1 tblsp of brown sugar over top and broil for 3-4 mins till brownish color and bubbly.Cool a few minutes. Slice into four pieces and use spatula to loosen edges and lift out.
