2 cups non-fat milk
2 large eggs
4 tbsp butter (1/2 stick) melted (plus more for cooking)
1 1/2 tbsp honey

Here is how you make Bobby Dean's Honey Pancakes - My Way:

Makes approx. 16 pancakes - 2 pancakes per servingTo make the honey butter combine the 1/2 stick of softened butter, honey, & lime zest in a mini food processor till smooth. Set a side.To make the pancakes, whisk together the flours, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl. In a seperate bowl whisk together the milk, eggs, melted butter, honey, and vanilla. Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ones unitl combined; dont wory about the lumps. Melt 1 tbsp of butter into a large skillet over med-high heat. Working in batches, drop the batter about 1/4 cup at a time into the skillet. Cook until the surface is bubbling and the bottom is golden brown. Flip each pancake to the other side and cook until the bottem is golden brown and firm. Cover the pancakes with foil and continue with the remaining batter using more butter, only if necessary.Serve topped with the honey butter & enjoy!
