4 mushrooms
140g capsicum
1 Teaspoon butter
50g panchetta
2 potato's in jacket
1/2 - 3/4 cup grated tasty cheese


How Do I Make Stuffed Potato?

Here is how you make Stuffed Potato:

1. Bake potato in oven or mircowave until cooked, then set aside to cool2. Saute panchetta, onion, mushroom & capsicum in butter until soft and caramelised. Then add shredded cheese and mix in.3. Cut top off potato and reserve. Scoop out inside of potato and mix with sauted ingredients.4. Add ingredients back into potato, then top with lid of potato that you set aside. 5. Bake in oven for 20 min or until heated through and top has browned. If you are feeling naughty you can top with sour cream and shallots.
