Here is how you make Sauteed Potatoes:

Steam cubed potatoes until soft (takes about 20 minutes). Set aside. I often steam the potatoes the night before and refrigerate. This removes excessive Heat olive oil in a pan. Add onions and saute until translucent. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until garlic softened. Add potatoes and cook for 10 minutes (to get a nice crispy finish on the outside).
