Here is how you make Pumpkin Waffles:

Makes 10 wafflesCombine all dry ingredients in a large bowl and blend well. In a separate bowl add pumpkin, buttermilk, eggs, oil and butter and whisk. Pour the pumpkin mixture into the dry ingredients and mix to combine (do not overstir or the waffles will become tough). Set waffle iron on a high setting, and when heated pour in the batter.
