Servings:6 Prep Time: 15 min Cook Time: 35+ MinutesPreheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a 9 inch pie pan.Place bacon in a large deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evely brown. Drain, crumble and set aside. Shred the Swiss cheese. Line bottom of pie place with cheese and crumbled bacon. Combine eggs, butter (optional), onion, salt, flour and milk; whisk together until smooth; pour into pie pan.Bake in preheated overn for 5 minutes, until set. Serve hot or cold.
