1/2C grated Gruyere
1/2t crushed red pepper

Here is how you make Mediterranean Quiche:

Preheat oven to 375Roll pie crust out and into 9" baking dish set asideIn skillet melt butter over med.-high heatAdd onion and zucchini cook 6 min.add mushroom continue to stir until liquid is rendered approx 10 min.Add garlic cook 1 min.Add Tomatoes, basil, thyme, salt and pepper to taste cook 1 min. Remove from heat and allow to cool.In bowl beat eggs, half and half, salt and pepper, grated Gruyere and red pepper.Spoon veggies into pie crust, pour egg mixture on top, then top with crumbled goat cheese.
