Here is how you make Fruit Salad by Gloria:

Mix together in a med. bowl Lemon juice, yogurt (low fat) , honey. Chop apples (You can leave the skin on. It adds color , plus vitamins).Mix apples with the mixture in the bowl. Fold in well.Chop 1 large stalk of celery and do same. On four salad plates, create a bed of lettuce and scoop equal amounts of the apple/celery mixture on each plate. Garnish with walnuts.NOTE: I've done this recipe with apples, pears and a mixture of fruit. In a pinch I will use only Low Fat Yogurt with Lemon already. That way NO Honey need be used.
