Add in milk (can use soy), vanilla and powdered sugar. Whiz around again. Add in flour, baking powder and salt. You got it: whiz around, but just for a bit - just till everything's mixed, otherwise your crepes will be tough and rubbery.*Refrigerate batter for 30 minutes.* Spray a non-stick pan with cooking spray, or wipe with a small amount of oil.
