Here is how you make Triple Berry Smoothie:

1. Wash the berries and place in blender. Note: If you use frozen berries, break them up and leave out the ice cubes.2. Add yogurt, syrup,and sparkling water. Add ice if needed.3. Blend approx 30-45 seconds.4.
