4 Tblsp chopped onion
1/2 cup celery ( or veg of choice, ex. carrots )
sprinkle of salt and peper
sprinkle of seasoning salt
sprinkle of parsely
optional spice - pinch of poultry, savory and anything else you think fits with your vegies.
