Here is how you make Turkey Empanadas:

Saute turkey and onion in skillet until browned. Drain off fat.Add V-8 and seasoningSimmer until almost dry, stirring occasionally.Add cheese and mix well.Make biscuit doughsift together flour , salt and baking powder in a bowl.cut shortening into bowl so that it looks like small crumbs.Add milk and mix.Then roll out dough and cut into rounds with a cutter. Roll rounds until about 1/4 inch thick.
