1. Core and slice apples and line them in a greased 8x8 baking dish2. Shake 1/2 tsp cinnamon over the apples3. Combine oats, flour, egg, and sugar ( ½ cup white, ¼ cup brown sugar), water, and ½ tsp cinnamon in a bowl to form crust4. Pour mixture over apples and spread out evenly5.
