Process until the oats are a fine powder. Add the protein powder and pulse until both dry ingredients are combined together. Add the peanut butter and honey. Pulse until the wet ingredients are well incorporated and a large peanut butter ball begins to form. Roll into balls around the size of a quarter. If you want to make them smaller, go for it, it'll drop the nutritional value. I normally make them larger because I only eat one. Place in the refrigetator while you heat up your chocolate chips.
