Here is how you make Chai-Scotti:

Preheat oven to 350?F and line a baking sheet with a silicone liner or parchment paper. Whisk together ground flaxseed, tea, oil and extracts. Mix in the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and spices until well mixed.Add sesame seeds and stir to just combine.Shape the dough into a log on the baking sheet and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake 25 minutes, until the loaf is firm and golden brown.Reduce oven to 300?F (convection if you have it).Using a serrated knife, slice loaf into biscotti sticks. Place sticks, cut side up, on the baking sheet and return to the oven for 15 minutes more.Place on a wire rack to cool completely.
