Make ahead and refrigerate. Line a 13x9 pan with graham crackers. Combine 2 boxes instant French Vanilla pudding with 3 cups of milk. Beat together with 9 oz Cool Whip. Spread 1/2 of mixture on crackers, then a layer of crackers, remaining pudding mixture and last layer of graham crackers.
