Here is how you make Mamie Eisenhower Fudge:

Makes 150 approx 1 inch pieces. Serving size is one pieceCombine sugar, pinch of salt, butter and evaporated milk in a 6 qt pan. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil for 6 minutes, stirring often. Remove from heat and add chocolate chops, cooking chocolate, and marshmallow cream. Stir until chocolate is dissolved. Add nuts, if desired. Stir til creamy. Pour into greased 11 x 17 in cookie sheet. Cool. Cut.
