How Do I Make Oopsie Rolls?

Here is how you make Oopsie Rolls:

Preheat oven to 300F degrees. You may want to use a mixer for this recipe.Separate the egg whites from the yolks & place in 2 separate bowls. If using the same bowl, whip egg whites & Cream of Tartar first until stiff. Mix the egg yolks and cream cheese.Using a spatula, gradually fold the egg yolk mixture into the whites mixture onto a cookie sheet, making 6 mounds. Flatten each mound slightly.Bake about 30 minutes. You will want them slightly softer, not crumbly. Let cool on the sheet for a few minutes & then remove to a rack and allow them to cool. Store in a loosely open sack and allow to rest on the counter before use (otherwise, they may be too moist). Can be frozenNOTES: If you are making these to be savory (for burgers) you can add dry mustard, dill, or other seasonings to the yolk mixture. If you want a more sweet roll, add a very small amount of stevia or splenda to the yolk mixture.Serving Size: 1 Roll (Recipe Makes 6 Servings)Number of Servings: 6Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user JBEANOKIEBUG.
