Tear one large leaf of iceberg lettuce and place on a plate (Should be bowl shaped to properly hold all ingredients).3. Carefully spread 1 tbsp (Or more, if your a major guac lover) onto lettuce leaf. This will serve as the "glue" for your salmon. 4. Cut salmon to fit inside lettuce leaf. 5. Position salmon on top of guacamole inside lettuce leaf.6. Sprinkle 1 tbsp (Or more, if you are a pico lover) on salmon. 7. Arrange three pieces of sliced pineapple on the side of your dish (This will bring out the sweet and zesty flavorings in your wrap).8.
