Here is how you make Teriyaki Turkey Burgers (Modified WW Recipe):

Mix all ingredients together. The Teriayki sauce is the equivalent of 1/4 cup. The amount of teriayki sauce makes the burgers very moist. I added the sesame seeds and panko as filler to soak up some of the teriayki sauce. If you wanted to eliminate the last two ingredients, you could use less teriyaki. Maybe just 1/8 of a cup and then a tablespoon at the time until reaches your desired consistency. After mixed, divide into 4 sections and form into patties. I make the patties a few hours before I'm going to grill them. Chilling them in the fridge for a few hours allows the flavors to meld together and the patties to take a firmer shape. Then just grill abour 5 to 7 minutes per side. The original WW recipe also calls for extra whole green onions / scallions stems grilled for about 2 minutes. Original WW points were 6 (without the sesame seeds and panko - BUT, the original recipe with the points does include "reduced calorie hamburger rolls" which I eliminated from the recipe.)
