Here is how you make Thankful Turkey Burgers:

Mix egg white and milk, add stuffing mix and cranberries. Mix well with ground turkey, form into 6 patties and grill (5 minutes each side on medium heat) or bake (350 for 20 minutes) until coooked through. Blend together cream cheese and cranberry sauce, spread on rolls. Melt cheese on turkey burgers and place on rolls. Add lettuce and tomato as desired.
