Here is how you make Two-bean Turkey Chili:

In a medium sauce pot, sautee peppers, onions, and garlic in olive oil until tender and slightly browned. Remove from pot and put aside. Brown turkey until cooked through, and drain. Add cooked vegetables to meat and mix/brown for another minute or so. Add crushed tomatoes to meat mixture, along with corn, beans, and spices.
