In a pan, brown the ground turkey. Drain any fat and add the chopped onion. Cook until onions are translucent. In a blender, puree one can tomatoes, one can beans, carrots and spinach until smooth. Add the sauce to the meat, along with the other 2 cans of beans (drained) and the other can of tomatoes (with juice) and tomato sauce.
